Community Holiday Celebration a Huge Success!

Thank you to everyone who attended our annual Holiday Block Party on December 15th! Over 200 residents came together to enjoy festive treats, holiday music, and great company. Special thanks to the volunteers who made this event possible. We're already planning next year's celebration!

Important: New Parking Regulations Effective January 1st

Starting January 1st, 2025, new parking regulations will be in effect throughout our community. Street parking will be limited to 72 hours maximum, and all vehicles must display valid registration. Please review the complete guidelines to avoid citations.

Spring Landscaping Projects Announced

We're excited to announce our spring beautification initiative! New drought-resistant plants will be installed along Stevens Creek Boulevard, and common area improvements are scheduled for March. Residents interested in volunteering can sign up now.

Our Neighborhood Watch program continues to keep our community safe. Recent patrols have been increased during the holiday season. Remember to report any suspicious activity to our security hotline. Together, we keep our neighborhood secure.
