Spread Warmth This Winter, Donate A Blanket!

Help the community by donating blankets for those in need! In collaboration with St Elizabeth Catholic Church, Milpitas,  we are collecting clean, gently used, or new blankets for the unhoused.

Drop-off Locations:

3. Intero San Jose-Willow Glen. 1567 Meridian Ave, San Jose
4. Intero Saratoga. 12988 Saratoga Sunnyvale Rd B, Saratoga, CA
5. St Elizabeth Catholic Church. 750 Sequoia Dr, Milpitas

Monetary donations are also welcome to support “Unhoused Care Packages.”

Blanket Drive 2025: A Warm Conclusion

As the Blanket Drive officially comes to a close, I am filled with gratitude and hope. Together, we collected a good number of blankets and pillows for the unhoused, showing the power of a united community.

As a realtor and a proud member of this society, this experience reminds me of why I do what I do: to serve, connect, and help others find comfort and security. Housing is more than just a transaction—it’s a basic need, a foundation for stability, and a place to call home.

While this drive brought warmth to many, my hope is that one day, we can work toward housing for all, ensuring that no one has to face cold nights without shelter.

To everyone who contributed, thank you for being part of this journey. Together, we’ve made a difference—and together, we can continue to build a stronger, kinder community.

Finally, I would like to share some insights I  learned from the Blanket Drive 2025:

• Compassion Fuels Purpose: Real estate isn’t just about transactions—it’s about serving people, understanding their needs, and fostering a sense of belonging for all.

• Housing is a Universal Need: This drive emphasized the critical role of housing in providing security, dignity, and warmth—core values in my work as a realtor.

• Community Matters: Engaging with the community builds trust and connection, reinforcing the importance of relationships in real estate and beyond.

• Small Actions Create Big Impact: Simple efforts, like collecting blankets, can make a meaningful difference, reminding us that every action counts in building goodwill.

• Teamwork Amplifies Success: Collaborating with others, like Tim and the Intero offices, proved that working together amplifies reach and impact.

It is the final day of Blanket Drive. Wow, what an incredible response!

 

Tim and I have collected so many blankets for the Blanket Drive, and it’s all thanks to the warmth and generosity of our amazing community. Every blanket has been wrapped and is ready to go to those in need.
